Extension of the agreement on proposed share ownership changes at Transdev

In the context of the negotiations on the change in the share ownership at Transdev, the Caisse des Dépôts and Veolia Environnement hereby announce that they extend until October 31, 2013 their agreement concluded on October 22, 2012.

With just 200 days to the COP21, the heads of companies from all over the world are responding to the appeal made by the UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon, asking the private sector to play an active role for the climate. They came to the Business & Climate Summit held at Unesco in Paris and with one voice called for an ambitious agreement to be made between governments to limit the temperature increase to 2°C when they meet in Paris in December.
